Shengfang Town, located in Bazhou City, Hebei Province, has earned its reputation as one of China’s largest furniture manufacturing hubs. With decades of expertise in metal and plastic furniture production, this small town has grown into a powerhouse that supplies outdoor chairs, dining chairs, and tables to markets worldwide.
A Legacy of Furniture Craftsmanship
The furniture industry in Shengfang dates back over 30 years. What started as small workshops has evolved into a modern industrial cluster with hundreds of factories, advanced automation equipment, and a complete supply chain ecosystem. Today, Shengfang produces millions of pieces of furniture annually, ranging from plastic chairs and steel-frame dining chairs to camping furniture and office seating.
Why Buyers Choose Shengfang
Complete Supply Chain
Shengfang offers a vertically integrated supply chain. Steel tubing, plastic pellets, fabric, and packaging materials are all sourced locally, reducing lead times and logistics costs. This concentration means factories can control quality from raw materials to finished products.
Skilled Workforce
Generations of workers have grown up in the furniture trade. The labor pool includes experienced welders, powder coating specialists, injection molding technicians, and quality inspectors. This expertise translates into consistent product quality and faster production cycles.
Competitive Pricing
The industrial cluster effect keeps costs low. Shared infrastructure, bulk material purchasing, and efficient logistics networks allow Shengfang manufacturers to offer competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Strategic Location
Situated just 100 kilometers from Tianjin Portâone of China’s busiest container portsâShengfang enjoys convenient access to global shipping routes. This proximity significantly reduces inland transportation costs for export orders.
